Firma LEDIN Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. conducted market research for the purchase of subscriptions and the creation of bim facilities with a virtual showroom in order to implement on the Canadian market new lighting products developed by LEDIN, implemented under the Intelligent Development Operational Program, Sub-measure 3.3.1 “Polish Technological Bridges”, Measure 3.3. Support for the promotion and internationalization of innovative enterprises, Priority axis 3 – Support for innovation in enterprises, under which this order is implemented.

I. Specifications:

Preparation of a virtual showroom with object development in bim technology for frames:

– EASY-FIX square fitting
– RIDER fitting
– LUNAR ceilings
– FRAME binding

A virtual showroom with the suspension of the above-mentioned objects must be developed. It will be a virtual place where the customer will be able to see the products in an interactive way companies and, using BIM or equivalent technology, be able to implement 3D models of luminaires for architectural projects.

2. Publication of the Virtual Showroom

– SEO / SEM functions
– analytical functions for tracking presentations and downloads
– user panel
– possibility of email contact with users < br /> – a tool enabling direct contact between the customer and the supplier on the product page.

II. Terms

As part of the market research, an inquiry was made public on the website of the Ordering Party on September 20, 2020.iu 09/29/2020

Within the specified period, the inquiry was answered by: BIMobject Poland Sp. z o.o. – on September 29, 2020, an offer was received for the amount of PLN 36,000 net.

III. Bidding method

IV. Offer selection

On 30/09/2020 the Commission was composed of:

– Przemysław Krawczuk – chairman of the committee / chairman of the board,

selected the offer based on the price criterion – 100%.

Points earned:

The contractor / subscription provider and creation of bim facilities with a virtual showroom in order to implement new lighting products developed by LEDIN on the Canadian market: BIMobject Poland Sp. z oo

No offers other than the above mentioned have been submitted.

Therefore, the competition has been resolved and thus BIMobject Poland Sp. z o.o. has been selected as contractor / subscription provider and creation of bim facilities with a virtual showroom in order to implement new lighting products developed by LEDIN on the Canadian market.

The proceedings were conducted on the basis of fair competition, openness and transparency.
