Transformation of Ledin Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. to LEDIN Group Sp. z o.o.
Dear Customers!
We would like to inform you that on 08 February 2022, there was a transformation of Ledin Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. to LEDIN Group Sp. z o.o.
On that date, the transformation of the company was entered in the register of the National Court Register.
At the same time, we would like to inform you that the change of legal form does not affect the continuity of LEDIN’s activities.
The address, NIP and REGON numbers and the company’s bank account number will not change, except for the company’s number in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register.
All contracts entered into with the company remain binding, the conversion of the company does not affect their legal validity.
PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE IN YOUR REGISTERS AND RECORDS.
