HOW WE HANDLE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
In connection with the enactment of the regulations on the protection of your personal data (General Data Protection Regulation) of 25 May 2018, we take this opportunity of shortly explaining how and why we process your data.
WHO IS THE ADMINISTRATOR OF YOUR DATA?
We are a direct administrator of your data. That is: LEDIN Sp. z o.o. Sp.K. with its registered office in Ostrołęka (post code: 07-410), ul. Kołobrzeska 15/B (hereinafter referred to as LEDIN).
WHY DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?
Your data is used for contact purposes in connection with the provision of our services and the procurement process. We also contact you for information and marketing purposes (e.g. newsletters). Your data is necessary for us to analyse and, if necessary, to provide post-sales services (e.g. technical support, warranty).
WHAT ARE THE PURPOSES FOR WHICH YOUR DATA IS USED BY US?
In order to perform the contract for the provision of services (i.e. procurement process, financial settlements, communication related to the order). The legal basis for the processing of these data is the necessity of their processing to perform the contract (Article 6(1)(b) RODO).
In order to handle complaints and other potential claims that may arise (i.e. guarantees, warranties, returns and other claims related to cooperation). The legal basis for processing these data is a legitimate interest of LEDIN (Article 6 (1) (f) RODO) based on securing information about cooperation (history of orders, communication with LEDIN, payments) in order to handle possible claims.
For analytical purposes. The legal basis for the processing of these data is the legitimate interest of LEDIN (Article 6(1)(f) RODO) to use the analyses for internal reporting and to improve the quality of the services provided.
In order to send information and marketing content to you. The legal basis for processing these data is the legitimate interest of LEDIN (Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO) consisting in the provision of ordered information and marketing content in the form of newsletters, i.e. messages sent electronically, containing information about current promotions, offers, competitions and news from the industry. Processing of your data for this purpose takes place only if you have consented to receive them.
HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR DATA?
We store your data for as long as the data is necessary for the performance of the above purposes or until you object to your data being processed. Your objection to the processing of your data does not affect our right to store your data for the legitimate purposes of fulfilling our accounting and tax obligations and for reasons of legal security until in connection with time-bared claims.
WHEN AND HOW CAN YOU WITHDRAW YOUR CONSENT?
You can withdraw your consent at any time. If you wish to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data, please send an e-mail to IOD@LEDIN.PL
WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH?
In view of the services provided by external entities for the benefit of LEDIN, certain external entities may have access to your personal data. These entities include service providers, including IT services, postal operators, couriers, payment operators, advisory and legal service providers and other subcontractors.
WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?
You can, at any time, obtain information on how and to what extent we process your personal data, and you can also request a copy of your data that we are in possession of. You may request your data t be updated (corrected), deleted or limited in terms of how we process your data. You may request that your data be passed on to an administrator of your choice. We will do so in case it is technically possible to do so in compliance with the required security standards.
WHAT IF YOU THINK WE ARE IN BREACH OF YOUR RIGHTS?
